That address is the only one we use. It goes to the same people who write and edit the site, not to a routing system, so there’s no need to work out which department you want.
If you’re writing about advertising or partnerships, use the same address and say so in the subject line.

What’s Worth Sending
News tips are the most useful thing that lands in the inbox — a date change, a store listing that went live early, a policy update buried in a patch note, an internal announcement. If you can point to where you saw it, that saves us hours. Anonymity is fine; we don’t need to know who you are to check a claim, and we won’t publish your name unless you tell us to.
Developers and publishers can send release information, review builds and press material to the same address. Small studios in particular: browser and HTML5 releases get almost no serious coverage anywhere, and we read those emails properly. A short description of the game and where it can be played beats a 40MB press kit.
Something We Got Wrong

Corrections get priority over everything else. If a date, price, platform or name in one of our articles is wrong, send the link and what should be there instead. Fixes go in at the top of the article with a timestamp — we don’t edit errors out quietly and hope nobody noticed.
After You Hit Send

Messages are read by hand, usually within a few working days. We can’t promise a reply to every one, and sending material doesn’t mean it gets published — coverage decisions stay with the desk. Tips and corrections tend to move fastest; general enquiries take longer, especially around big release weeks.
